although close to all of the action, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet Walk 5-10 minutes to the hear of 8th and 12 South to discover its shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, (Zanie's comedy club is a 5 minute walk), or venture into town to discover its live music scene.
getting around:
quick/cheap uber/lyfts to anywhere 15 minutes from BNA Airport, 5 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks, 3 minutes to the Gulch. Walkable to shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and clubs.
